I ask you to do this for two reasons:
1) – it really will answer most, if not all, of your questions, so you won’t need to write to me at all (other than to tell me of your success!) And,
2) – you will get a much more useful answer if you can tell the forum, what tactics you have tried (based on the principles in my book), and are getting stuck with, than if you just list your woes and hope that someone else can fix them in one posting!
