Is the book available offline as a hard-copy book?
- No, sorry, it is only available as a PDF digital download ebook. That means as
soon as your payment has been processed, you can download the book onto your computer.
You can then either read it on your computer, or print it out onto paper, using the
free program called Acrobat Reader. You probably already have that installed on your
computer, but if not you can get it for free from here: download
Acrobat Reader
How do I get hold of the book?
- Just click here and you will be taken through the
online ordering process. This is totally secure. You will first be asked to
enter your personal details, and then you will need to either enter your credit card
number, or you can pay by PayPal
(which also allows you to use eChecks). Once the payment is confirmed (usually takes
no more than 60 seconds) you will be taken to another web page with the link for
downloading the book. A few minutes of that you will be able to
either read it on screen, or print it out onto paper.
What happens if something goes wrong with the ordering process?
- First, DON'T PANIC! Your purchase is safe. Just send me an email and I will sort it out for
you (but please allow me a working day to get back to you). If you have a problem
with the download, just send me a copy of the receipt you have received by email, and I will help you out.

with the two order numbers (on the email receipts you will have received)
and I will refund one of the payments.
My children are X years old, will it work with them?
- The book is primarily written for parenting children aged 5 to 12. However, the
principles work perfectly with children as young as 2 and as old as 92 - but obviously you
will need to adapt the actual techniques accordingly (you would not, for example, send
your 2 year-old to her bedroom for 5 minutes time-out - you might use a "manners
chair" instead.). The key here is to undestand that I will first teach you the
principles involved in changing behaviors. Once you understand these, you can then
adapt them to use with anyone - even your boss and your mother-in-law!
I don't have a credit card, is there any other way of paying?
If you live in the United Kingdom, just send me a cheque drawn on a British Bank for
£19.99. Don't forget to include your address and email. I will then email you
the download details.
If you live elsewhere in the world, please email me with your situation and I will see what I can do to help.
- What if I want my money back?
No problem, Just send me an email with
the order number (from your email receipt) and I will refund your payment.
